Tra-z is a Midwest rapper from the north side of Kansas City, MO. His early years he moved back and forth between Kansas City, MO and Dallas, TX. At the age of 12 his family did make a permanent move to KC where he has been every since. He knew at an early age that he wanted to be a rapper. In 2004 he made his debut on Grant Rice's mix tape "The Empire" alongside his big brother E da P and other Kansas City artists like Tech N9Ne, Kutt Kalhoun and J.P Tha Mex. Before his career actually took off he had a minor setback serving a year in the state penitentiary. While Tra-z was incarcerated his brother E da P caught a federal case and upon Tra-z's release from prison they released a joint mix tape ."Stop Snitchin: Live from the F.E.D.S" was released under World League Records under direction of C.E.O Petos G. They followed up in 2009 with another mix tape "Stop Snitchin:Vol 2" also released under World League Records which featured fellow K.C artist Boy Big and label mate R.E.S. In 2011 Tra-z was featured on his cousin Young Tre's mixtape "Hoodshit: Vol 1" along with Rich The Factor, Ryder J Clyde, and A.P Live. Later that year Tra-z and E da P debuted their 1st album The 11th & 3rd Letter featuring many K.C artists like Scarrio Andretti, Ron Ron, The Popper, Tay Diggs, Bre the 1st Lady, Lil Joe, V.V, Paul Masson, Smoke 1, Young Tre, Fatboy Chubb. It also featured fallen soldiers R.I.P JP Tha Mex & Lunatic. He is currently signed to G.R.I.T.T.E.R music under C.E.O Scarrio Andreddi. Set to release his Sophmore Album titled "Loyalty Above All Laws", Tra-Z plans to release his album Mid-July 2014.
